Geotech is a powerful and useful application allowing you to easily measure your apartment and calculate the renovation cost based on different levels of finish.

Simply open the measuring tool, calibrate with your eye-level height, then measure and store each room's width and length by pointing the green dot at the bottom of the wall. You can then use the renovation calculator to choose your level of finish and show you the estimated price.

This application makes innovative use of the device's camera by allowing the user to measure a room with sufficient accuracy to enable the renovation calculator to provide an estimate.

The application has been created to:

- Avoid areas with recent Jellyfish sightings.

- Report Jellyfish on your local beach or holiday location.

- Help people avoid stings.

- Give advice on Jellyfish sting treatment.

By submitting a Jellyfish report – “Add Report” you are helping others avoid going to areas with recent Jellyfish sightings.

The app reads your GPS location and you can view Jellyfish Reports by: “nearest beach within 10km” or search beaches anywhere in the world by “Beach Name”.

The app also allows the user to share it via their Facebook or Twitter accounts or email it to their friends.

Having gone live in September 2010, this innovative iphone application and website portal provides listings of houses and apartments for sale and rent, in France, aimed specifically at the english speaking market. All properties are fed by Estate Agents who have been chosen for their quality of photos and english language descriptions.

This application makes use of the GPS location allowing visitors to find properties within the town or postcode they are located. It allows saving of 'Searches' and 'Favourite' properties. The ability to 'Email a Friend', 'Contact Agency' or 'Call Agency' directly makes this a truly mobile tool.

iRhythm

No need to learn keyboard notes, guitar frets or finger hole positions, just twist and tap. You simply point the iPhone or iPod touch away from you, rotate your wrist 45 degrees to choose the musical note and tap the screen to play the notes. Each virtual musical instrument can be played with a selection of background drumbeats. As you rotate the device the screen changes colour to signify the note change.

This application makes use of the position sensor within the iPhone to determine it's angle in your hand. iRhythm has been purchased in 17 countries and is available in English, French and Spanish.
